A Southern California native, Todd has serving the area for more than 20 years.
A Licensed Broker, he is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors.
Todd served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors (CAR) in 2008 & 2009. Besides volunteering and raising money for local charities, Todd is also an active member of the local Rancho Cucamonga Caravan,
West End Real Estate Professionals (WEREP).
He serves as Guest Speaker Chair for WEREP since 2000.

Todd was the owner of Picconi Properties, one of the most successful and independent real estate companies in the Inland Empire. He decided to close the company in order to spend more time traveling the world, including Europe which is one of his favorite places to go.....especially Italy!! Also he enjoys time with his family, loved ones and friends.

After that, he enjoys time alone, with friends, the outdoors and going to the movies.
